As a Health & Nutrition Coach, Breathwork and Yoga Practitioner she believes a healthier construction industry will have a positive influence on the culture, safety and suicide prevention within construction.

Clinical Nutritionist & Yoga Practitioner (Brisbane)
Jodi is a long-term meditator, Clinical Nutritionist, Counsellor and Yoga Practitioner. She is a strong advocate for using nutrition, movement and mindfulness-based interventions to improve both physical and mental health.
Jodi has a military background, serving 14yrs in the Royal Australian AirForce and combines her skills and passion for nutrition and lifestyle medicine to develop strategies to improve resilience and wellbeing.
