Training designed to address legal and regulatory requirements for companies pertaining to Psychosocial Risk.
Consisting of two parts – worker training speaks to individual rights, responsibilities and obligations. PCBU / Officer training addresses officer and company rights, responsibilities and obligations.

Practical training designed to build knowledge and awareness of contributing factors to individual wellness concurrently to providing practical examples of evidence-based tools and techniques to provide short and long term physiological and psychological benefits.

Team Wellness
Training designed for teams to build knowledge and skills pertaining to improving team communication, psychological safety and overall performance. Our facilitators use a combination of moderated discussion and role play activities to build team trust and provide tools to develop positive team culture.

Organisational Wellness
Training designed for executives, company owners and department heads to develop knowledge and awareness of symptoms of organisational ill-health.
It discusses methods of data capture and analysis as well as the role that leadership, culture and job design play in creating a positive psychosocial environment.

Leaders & Managers
This module is designed to educate leaders and managers about techniques to promote positive team psychosocial health as well as empower them to navigate psychosocial risk and develop effective action plans to support individuals with, or at risk of mental ill-health.

Strategy Development
Leveraging existing company HR data in conjunction with executive and department head experience, we identify existing psychosocial health makers to determine the current health of the organisation.
This data is then used to develop tailored short and long term strategies to improve organisational wellness.
