The Healthy Tradie Project is a movement directed toward suicide prevention. We are focused on proactively building a healthier construction industry - mind and body.
As a tradie, your body is your best asset!
We move to increase mobility and flexibility reducing the potential for injury.
We use mindfulness and the breath as a tool to manage the stress and pressure of construction.

We take a proactive approach to health, safety and the prevention of suicide by introducing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing in our practical and engaging workshops, Toolbox Talks and pre-start movement or breath work sessions.
